Friday & Saturday 

$10,500

Exclusive rental of the venue starts on  Friday at 3:00 PM and ends on Sunday at 10:00 AM, with the ability to add cottages for an additional fee.

With this package you can have your Rehearsal, Rehearsal Dinner, Ceremony and the Reception all on site at The Farm.

You may have your rehearsal and rehearsal dinner for up to 50 people on site, tables, chairs, linens and decor included. 4 Hour Event Time, Event must end by 10PM.

Ceremony and Reception for up to 200 each, if over 200 fees apply. We provide tables, chairs, and table linens.  Inside or outside. 7 Hour Event time Event must end by 11pm.

30 White Linens provided for the Weekend, additional can be rented.

We have indoor and out door options, our Reception Hall can accommodate 200 seated or 260 floating. 

The Stable can seat 150 family-style or 180 with individual tables.

SITES AVAILABLE FOR EVENTS: Reception Hall, Stables, Breezeway, Front lawn, Pasture, Barn-side, & The Gates.

360 wooden folding chairs, 5 high top tables, buffet and cake tables.

10  60in round tables and 15 8ft  banquet tables for outside.

13 8ft rectangle tables (can seat 10), 13 60in round  tables (seats 8), 5 high tops for the Reception Hall.

Full use of our decor room, we set up the tables, chairs , & linens throughout the weekend.

Your food and beverage vendors are responsible for their linens & clean up for their  services. 

On site venue coordinator to direct vendors at rehearsal, dinner, ceremony & reception.

Wedding planning assistance and day of assistance can be added for a fee.

You get to pick your own vendors at no charge, or choose from our preferred vendors. All vendors must be approved by Dixie and submit liability certificates.

You may bring your own alcohol, but must hire our approved licensed and insured bartender, Across The Bar.

5 site visits at The Farm by appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late your appointment will be rescheduled.

A prep kitchen with commercial ice maker, refrigeration, and warming drawer for catering.

Additional guest over 200 are $20.00 per guest for tables, chairs, and linens.

6 Guest cottages on property sleep a total of 24 & can be added to package for $3500.00 or can be added individually.

To reserve your date, a $2000.00 non refundable retainer fee is required.

All payments are non refundable. Payments must be made monthly,  balance due 3 months prior to event date.

Friday & Saturday w/o Rehearsal Dinner

With this package you can have your Rehearsal, Ceremony and the Reception all on site at The Farm.

Includes all features of full Friday & Saturday Weekend package except for the rehearsal dinner.

Saturday Only (1pm – 11pm)

Exclusive rental of the venue starts on Saturday at 1:00 PM and ends on Saturday at 11:00 PM.

Ceremony and Reception for up to 200 each, if over 200 fees apply. We provide tables, chairs, table linens, and decor.  Inside or outside. Event must end by 11pm.

1 Hour of drop off time on Friday and 1 Hour rehearsal subject to availability.

1 bouquet and 1 boutonnière, officiant, tables, chairs, linens, decor, wedding cake,  dinner, coffee, tea, lemonade, music for 1st dances, 1 planning meeting, complementary coordination, and cottage to get ready in.

BYOB music or House music (if providing own music please have pre-loaded).

BYOB  Champagne for toast.

50 person limit, additional guest can be added for $30.00 per person up to 75.

Friday or Sunday (10am – 10pm)

8 Hour Rental – Use of Barn, Ballroom & Stables for Ceremony & Reception.

Tables, Chairs, Linens & Decor provided for up to 150 people.

A Dressing Room for both wedding parties.

Your event at The Farm begins with a personal tour of the property. Once you reserve your day, a wedding planner will help you choose the rest. Although The Farm is only an event venue, your planner is still available to help you pick from a list of preferred local vendors. Couples are responsible for their own caterer, beverage service, flowers, music, officiant, photographer and any other services they may need.

To reserve, a nonrefundable deposit is required.
